What to Expect from Me in 2025: An Anxiety Recovery Community!

2024 has been quite the year! It has undoubtedly been the most challenging year of my life. And if you’re like… What? Why? I recommend going back and listening to the podcast episode prior to this one where I share how I’ve been going through a separation and divorce. But despite going through some of the hardest things I’ve ever faced, I kept everything going in my business, and I’m pretty proud of myself for it!


This year, I kept up with my podcast, social media, creating a new mini-course and updating my existing ones, running my Panic to Peace program, supporting my students one-on-one, sending my weekly newsletters, and working on a new and exciting project I’ll be launching in 2025 (more on that in a minute)! Looking back, I can’t believe I showed up as much as I have in 2024.


So, as we all get ready to walk into a new year, I wanted to catch up with you and let you know what to expect from A Healthy Push in 2025…


A Healthy Push Podcast


163 episodes and counting! In 2025, I’ll continue to focus and improve on the podcast, and true to form, I will be uploading a new episode every week. The podcast is one of my favorite things I do! I love it so much because it allows me to connect and share more intimately with you, something I can’t always do on social media. 2025 will bring a fresh list of topics, solo episodes, and deeply insightful guest episodes, from past students to mental health professionals. I can’t thank my listeners enough and I’m excited to show you what I have in store for you for the coming year!

My Weekly Newsletter & Social Media 


Another aspect that will remain somewhat unchanged is my weekly newsletter. Admittedly, over the past few months, my newsletters haven’t always been weekly but rather bi-weekly. In 2025, I’ll be recommitting myself to making the newsletters a weekly reality, filled with actionable tools, tips, and insights to help you along your anxiety recovery journey! So if you aren’t already on my email list, I highly recommend jumping on it here.


In 2024, you may have noticed a little decrease in social media content coming from A Healthy Push, and in 2025, I will continue to take a step back. This is not to say I won’t be posting at all, but when I consider everything I’ve been dealing with personally, and the direction of my business, I came to the realization that social media may not be the healthiest place for me right now; something many of us can relate to, I’m sure. Plus, it gives me more time to focus on what I think are more beneficial means of communication, like the newsletter and my podcast! So, don’t be alarmed if the social media content seems a little... infrequent for now. I promise, I’m still over here creating, coaching, and offering you lots of support.

Panic to Peace 


Back for a 3rd year! Panic to Peace has been my favorite part of A Healthy Push, and I am so excited to be offering it again in 2025. This year, the 10-week program will be offered twice and is open for enrollment for both January and September sessions. You can either take the program live with me over the course of 10 weeks or you can take it in a self-paced version on your own.


I’ve taught 7 rounds of the program and have helped hundreds of students. And if you’re a listener of the podcast, I’m sure you’ve heard some of my student's stories on it. Well, 2024 has been quite the year! It has undoubtedly been the most challenging year of my life. And if you’re like… What? Why? I recommend going back and listening to the episode prior to this one where I share how I’ve been going through a separation and divorce. This year, everything has felt so heavy, especially my personal life, which has bled into my business. And this was really hard for me because ever since I started A Healthy Push in 2018, I have been all in in my business, excited to create, share, teach, and just coach. But with everything going on in my personal life this year, I’ve found it pretty challenging to show up in my business how I always have and how I want to.


I just have to say this because I need to hear it… I’m incredibly proud of myself for showing up in my business and in my community as much as I have this year. I kept everything going… from the podcast, to social media, to creating a new mini course and updating my existing ones, to teaching classes and running my Panic to Peace program, to supporting my students one-on-one, to creating my weekly newsletters (although they weren’t always weekly), to working on a new and exciting project I’ll be launching in 2025 (more on that in a few). Looking back, I can’t believe I showed up as much as I have in 2024 despite going through some of the hardest things I’ve ever faced.


And I didn’t just push myself to keep going in my business, I also pushed myself to keep growing and stepping outside of my comfort zone in my personal life. I went on multiple solo trips, a few solo hikes, a solo trip with my daughter Amelia, I put myself out there and made a couple of new friends, I kept up with my workouts, I asked for help and support a lot more than I ever have, and I pushed myself to just slow things down and do lots more resting and reading. I actually read more books this year than I think I’ve read in my entire life. And I spent way less time on my phone which was a huge win for me.


Could I have pulled back some in my business and in my personal life? Should I have pulled back some and would it have been healthier for me to do so? Yeah, probably… but I also know that continuing to push myself in healthy ways while I’m going through hard stuff is a huge part of what has always helped me to get through hard stuff. I have to say, I was really good about pushing myself while practicing lots of self-compassion. And I think this is a big key… I was really good about letting myself struggle and letting things look how they look while I was in it, while consistently being gentle and kind to myself. Did I have my moments where I wasn’t so gentle and kind? Of course, I’m human. But for the most part, I really let myself be human throughout all of the hard stuff and I supported myself.


So, am I happy 2024 is coming to an end? Mm, yeah, I am. But I also recognize that life is full of ups and downs and the years really don’t matter in the grand scheme of things. I’m not walking into 2025 thinking everything will be different just because it’s a new year and all of the hard stuff is behind me. I know I’m going to continue to face challenges and hard things, but I know that I always have me and that’s really all I need. And I’ll continue to support myself in healthy ways and push myself.


So… let’s talk about 2025. What can you expect from me in 2025? Well, you can expect me to show up here on my podcast. I’ll continue to put out an episode every Monday. And ya know what’s pretty amazing? I’ve never missed an episode since I launched my podcast in 2022! That’s pretty incredible. I’ve realized 163 episodes since the start. Crazy! I love this podcast, and I love how much I’m able to connect with you here. I am able to share lots more here than I can on social media and I can offer a ton more support. So yeah, the podcast will continue in 2025.


I’ll also be running Panic to Peace twice again in 2025 - once in January and once in September. Per usual, you can either take the program live with me over the course of 10 weeks or you can take it in a self-paced version on your own. This will be the third year I’ve taught this program and it’s my favorite thing I do each year. I’ve taught 7 rounds of the program and have helped hundreds of students. This is another way I absolutely love connecting with you and supporting you, and it’s something I’ve done since the very beginning of AHP. It’s where I can give you actionable tips, tools, and share insights with you that help you to keep going and healing. And it’s also where I keep you in the loop on what I’m working on and any new services I’m offering - including special discounts and bonuses. It’s also where I let you into what’s going on in my personal life more and just a place where I can be more me. So if you’re not on my email list already, get on my email list. Because…


In 2025, I’m pulling back on social media. And this one is so hard for me to say outloud. Social media is a big part of my business and it always has been, and I am so grateful for it. I’ve built such an amazing community on Instagram and there are many aspects of it that I love. But! If I’ve realized anything in 2024, it’s that social media is absolutely not the healthiest place for me, especially while I’m going through hard things. And if you follow me on social media, you’ve probably already seen this… I’ve pulled back a lot in 2024. I’ve been posting only 2-3 times a week, if that, and it’s been incredibly helpful for me and my mental health. I think we all recognize that social media isn’t the healthiest place, and it’s true for creators like me as well. So, being on my email list will keep you connected to me, what I’m offering, and you’ll continue to get really helpful support from me there. I’ll make sure there’s a link in the show notes so that you can jump on my email list!


Okay, so what’s new in 2025? Well, I’m super excited to finally tell you about this because I’ve actually been working on it for a long time… In 2025, I’ll be launching a Community Membership. What does this mean? Well, it’ll be a private community that is completely OFF of social media, hosted by me. You’ll simply pay a monthly fee, or quarterly, or yearly fee, depending on the support you’re looking for, and you’ll get lots of support from me and others who are on a similar journey as you - people who are also struggling with anxiety, panic disorder, or agoraphobia. I finally feel like I’m ready to do this because I’ve run successful communities within my P2P program for over a year and a half now and I’ve gotten so much incredible feedback from my P2P students about how helpful the community aspect is within P2P.


So, over the past month or so, I’ve been working with a group of past Panic to Peace students of mine to create this Community, and I feel like what we’ve already been able to create is beyond amazing! Here’s a little sneak peek as to what’s going to be offered in the community…


  • Monthly teachings by me, including topics chosen by members of the community

  • Q&A’s & group support - so a space where you can ask questions and get my support as well as the community’s support

  • Exposure workshops where you can get direction and support in creating healthy steps

  • Accountability check-ins where you can share your actions/progress and get feedback

  • Challenges to help push you in taking healthy steps

  • Private spaces to share and work through specific fears - e.g., driving anxiety, panic attacks, etc.

  • Ability to connect and chat with everyone in the community, including a directory so you can connect with people who are in close proximity to you

  • Access to me to ask questions and get ongoing support


Each week of every month, we’ll meet live and there will be a focus - there will either be a teaching, a Q&A and group support, an exposure workshop and an accountability check-in, or just a general check-in and group discussion. I think having a structure is going to be super important in helping people to keep moving forward and making progress in their recovery journeys. I really see this membership being about community, support, motivation, and accountability. And as always, with anything I create, I want to make your journey with anxiety less long and less hard, and I think this community membership is really going to do that!


But… and this is a big but… as of right now, I’ll only be offering this private community to people who have taken my Panic to Peace program, either the live or self-paced version, or to people who have worked with my regularly on a one-on-one basis. And I know this might come as a bummer to some, but the reason why I’m only offering this to past P2P students of mine is because I want everyone in the community to be at a similar level. Meaning, people who have a lot of the education, knowledge, and tools, but they just need help with motivation, accountability, and application. It’s really geared towards people who are further along in their recovery journey, but they really just need support in continuing to take the steps. And like I said, I know that this might be a big bummer but I really feel like only offering it to my P2P students makes the most sense right now.


So, I’m shooting for this new community membership to launch in March or April of 2025, right after the next round of P2P finishes. And I am really freaking excited about it. I’m excited to continue to support my students on their journey and help them to recover without it being so hard. So, in 2025, the things I’m staying really focused on are my podcast, my mini courses, my Panic to Peace program, my weekly newsletter, and my new community membership! And I do have something else that I’m working on, too, (something that is really cool and I know you’re going to love) but it’s not something I can share quite yet. So stay tuned!
