We'll develop strategies and small steps for you to implement in between sessions so that you can keep moving towards your goals.

You'll walk away with clear, practical, and actionable tools to experience more peace, joy, freedom, and adventure and actually start LIVING your life!

So who the heck am I?

Well, I'm Shannon Jackson and I'm an anxiety recovery coach who helps people to push past their anxious thoughts, the symptoms, panic, and fears.

I struggled with anxiety, panic disorder, and agoraphobia for 15 years. And something that kept me stuck for a long time, was the belief that I was just an anxious person and was destined to live a life of anxiety, panic, and fear. What a lie!

Fast forward to today, I'm living a life that I never even imagined possible. I'm a wife, a mom, and an adventurer. I love nature, hiking, traveling, writing, and seeing the world.

And today, I give people that little push that I wish I had back when I was struggling. I teach people the tools that help them to transform their relationship with anxiety and heal, overcome, and start living the life they want and deserve to live! One where anxiety doesn't make any of the decisions!
