I help you to overcome your anxious thoughts, the symptoms, panic, and fears and experience lots more peace, joy, freedom, and adventure!

You aren't "just an anxious person."

There are reasons why you're struggling,

and they are things you can heal from.

I often hear, "I've learned more from you in one session that I have in years of therapy!" And I think this is because there's nothing quite like personal experience. I simply teach from my experiences, along with the knowledge, insights, and tools that I've learned throughout my journey.

My goal is to always make your recovery journey less hard and less long. And being a coach, I'm here to push you (in healthy ways, of course!), so that you can actually start LIVING the life you want and deserve to live. And I always keep things simple, because the truth is, the recovery journey doesn't have to be so darn complicated!

So whether you've been struggling for months, years, or even decades, I truly believe that recovery IS possible, and it doesn't have to take you years to get there!
