In the live version of P2P, we meet weekly in a group setting via Zoom. I teach, we have Q&As, discussions, and supportive conversations. And if you aren't able to attend live, the sessions are always uploaded afterwards and immediately available to you. The live version is great for you if you're wanting extra support, accountability, and motivation.
In the self-paced version of P2P, you simply press play on the video modules, and you learn all of the material at your own pace. The self-paced version is great for you if you're self-motivated and want to take the program at your own pace and not within a group.

Hiii, fellow introvert here! And maybe a surprising fact for you - most people who join P2P are introverts, too.
I know how uncomfortable it can be to show up and chat with people you don't know. So good news! You don't have to participate if you don't want to. You can have your video on or off, and you can even stay muted the entire time. Buuuut, you probably won't. Because even the most introverted person in the group always ends up engaging (more than they expected).
The group format of P2P is truly one of the most powerful aspects of the program. It allows you to be seen, heard, validated, and know you're not alone. And it also helps you to get some extra support from some really amazing people!

The truth is, most people have no idea how to do exposure work, and they often make it way harder than it has to be! Exposure work doesn't have to take loads of your time, and it doesn't have to look like you getting outside of your house 7 days a week, doing the things that scare you.
And, too, so much emphasis gets put on exposure work, when it's not the only thing that leads to recovery. You don't recover by only doing exposures; there's so much more to it! I truly believe this... 50% of recovery is facing the hard stuff, and 50% of recovery is focusing on all of the other stuff that will help to make facing the hard stuff not-so-hard.
