WHEN DOES THE NEXT ROUND OF PANIC TO PEACE START? The doors to Panic to Peace will open again on 9/10/25.

WHAT TIME ARE THE LIVE CALLS? Every Tuesday at 1 p.m. EST (12 p.m. CST, 11 a.m. MST, 10 a.m. PST) Some sessions will be on Sundays so that you can join as many as possible. Of course, all live content is recorded and added to the course portal so that you can catch up in your own time if you miss any live sessions.

“I'M WORRIED THAT DOING A PROGRAM WILL GIVE ME MORE ANXIETY. WILL IT?" Here’s the truth: recovery work can bring up anxiety at first, because you’re doing things differently than avoidance or “playing it safe.” But… that’s actually a good thing. It means you’re building new patterns and teaching your brain and body that you’re safe. And you won’t be doing it alone. I’ll guide you step by step, so the process feels supportive, doable, and never like you’re being thrown in the deep end. So yes, you might feel anxiety along the way, but you’ll also learn how to handle it in a healthy way, which is exactly how you find freedom.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE LIVE VERSION AND THE SELF-PACED VERSION? In the live version of P2P, we meet weekly in a group setting via Zoom. I teach, we have Q&A's, discussions, and supportive conversations. And if you aren't able to attend live, the sessions are always uploaded afterwards and immediately available to you. The live version is great for you if you're wanting extra support, accountability, and motivation. In the self-paced version of P2P, you simply press play on the video modules and you learn all of the material at your own pace. The self-paced version is great for you if you're self-motivated and wanting to take the program at your own pace and not within a group.
