I created this community because it’s exactly what I needed during my own 15-year journey through anxiety, panic disorder, and agoraphobia. I spent too long doing it alone, confused, and wondering if what I was doing was “right.”

This space is here to change that — to give you practical tools and emotional support, to help you keep showing up (even on the hard days), and to remind you that you’re never alone.
