I grew up in a small town in Maine and swore I’d leave it behind for good, but life has a funny way of grounding you. Now, I live just five minutes from where I started, with my daughter Amelia reminding me daily of how far I’ve come. These days, I’m all about adventure: hiking, skiing, mountain biking, traveling. But not too long ago, my life looked nothing like this.
I was diagnosed with severe panic disorder and agoraphobia, and I thought that was it. Game over. Driving five minutes from my house, going to work, running errands, making it to appointments — everything felt hard. So, I tried therapy, medication, breathing techniques, you name it, but nothing worked for me. If you’ve been there, stuck, scared, and exhausted, I get it. I’ve lived it. And now, I help people who feel that way, too.
Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of people through anxiety, panic disorder, and agoraphobia. Not with “just breathe” advice or quick fixes, but with real tools, powerful mindset shifts, and a supportive, sustainable path forward. I’m not here to help you feel better for a few days, I’m here to help you feel better for good.
My method? Small, healthy steps taken consistently. I don’t pile on more exposures or overload your plate. Instead, I’ll help you understand what’s really keeping you stuck so you can respond differently and finally start living your life.
