Me, releasing a podcast? What?! I still sort of can’t believe that it’s happening! And I’ll be honest, I’m super excited but also a bit terrified.

But you know how I always tell you that doing things that scare you will lead to growth, peace, joy, freedom, and overcoming? I encourage you to do things that scare you because it’s true - there is so much goodness on the other side of fear!


Welcome to A Healthy Push Podcast. A place where all are welcome to come and heal, to be inspired, and to overcome. I’m Shannon Jackson, your host and former anxiety sufferer turned adventurer, mom, and anxiety recovery coach! I struggled with anxiety, panic disorder, and agoraphobia for 15 years. And now, well, I help people to push past the stuff that I used to struggle with - things like panic attacks, the fear of being trapped or losing control, driving anxiety, toilet anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and a whole lot more!

Each week, I’ll be sharing real and honest conversations, along with actionable and practical steps that you can take to help you push past your anxious thoughts, the symptoms, panic, and fears. I’m sharing it all with you, openly and honestly, because I want to prove to you that you are absolutely capable of living the peaceful and joyful life you want and deserve to live!

And not only will I be bringing you lots of inspiration, tips, tools, truths, and actions, I’ll also be interviewing top mental health experts and former anxiety sufferers turned educators, that will also help to answer questions like How do I recover from anxiety? How do I recover from panic disorder? How do I recover from agoraphobia? What tools do I use? How do I stop struggling with panic attacks? How do I find peace from my anxious and intrusive thoughts? How do I stop fearing and start actually living my life?

One of my biggest goals is to prove to you that recovery is possible for you too, and that it doesn’t have to take you years to do it!
