It’ll Be Really Hard for You to Overcome Anxiety, Panic Disorder, and Agoraphobia If…
Sometimes the anxiety recovery journey is so hard because you're doing things without even realizing that you're doing them. And the things you're doing are unfortunately working against you and making things hard unnecessarily. Or maybe you know some of the things you're doing, but you just don't know how to make healthy changes.
So in this episode, I'm sharing five things that you might be doing, and how to make some healthy shifts so that you don't continue to make things harder on yourself than they have to be!
Here's a glimpse at the 5 things I dive into in this episode:
You never let yourself feel anxious. Just because you struggle with an anxiety disorder doesn’t mean you can’t ever feel anxious!
You’re only focused on healing your relationship with anxiety and you're ignoring healing the relationship you have with yourself.
You’re always trying to appear like you have your shit together, and you are the one who isn't okay with you not having your shit together, not other people!
You’re sitting in indecision rather than just taking action. And sitting in inaction is one of the most uncomfortable places to be in.
You’re only focused on the end goal, the outcome - to no longer struggle with anxiety.
Make sure to tune in and listen to the full episode for all the goodness!
