A: This course is a go-at-your-own-pace course, and it’s yours for life!
I encourage you to listen to the modules once or twice, spend some time completing the workbook (the action items are so important), and then take action. You can take breaks whenever you need to, complete the modules from anywhere, and go back through the content when you’re feeling stuck.

So who am I to be teaching you how to overcome your anxious thoughts, the symptoms, panic, and fears?

Well, I struggled with these things for 15 years! My life used to be consumed by anxiety, panic, the symptoms, fear, what-if thoughts, trips to the ER, and days spent not living my life because I feared experiencing the symptoms or having a panic attack everywhere I went.

It used to be incredibly hard for me to go to places and do things, but I learned that a big thing that was making it so hard was my relationship with my thoughts and how I was responding to them, to the symptoms, to panic, and my fears. So I worked to change my relationship with anxiety!

Fast forward to today... I no longer avoid going places or doing things and I live my life! And it's a pretty adventurous one!
